Recent reviews

I set up the app for the first time in 2022. I have since moved to a new apartment, but the app only shows the place that I haven’t lived for 3 and a half years! I stopped service at that location in 2023, but the app won’t let me do anything for my new address. And trying to use the website on mobile? Just as terrible of an experience. For how much Central Hudson charges all of us for service, the least they could do is have a functioning app or a website that works on mobile.

The app is ridiculously clunky and it’s completely impossible to talk to anyone but a robot at this company so if they mess up or over charge you (which they will!!!) You’re screwed. I hate central Hudson with a burning passion. LET ME SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING!!!!!!
