I love that they still maintain a small company ethos and go out of their way to find solutions that work for your company. Most recently they have designed and implemented a full set of calendars for online scheduling for our sailing school and they really hit it out of the park with this one. Need to reach out to both Alex and Sebb to say THANKS for all the hard work on developing a product that is perfect for us. I highly recommend this company. We did a ton of research on all of the point of sale companies, including stripe, fair Harbor, mind-body… Etc. and these guys are by far the best and most affordable solution..

2015-10-16	T-*****	Even though there's an option to "Add/Edit" products, there is no way to edit an existing product without going to the website (if you're paying for it). After the trial period you can no longer sync with the website.

I can swipe credit cards with its stable swipe attachment (unlike other brands) and send out receipts on the spot. I have also started using SalesVu to handle my monthly billing for my PR consulting business. It's been a huge asset for me in convenience, functionality and ease of use. I highly recommend it!

You can actually speak with a HUMAN and get instant help when you have questions or encounter issues, unlike another big name POS system where you have to email questions in.
