As far as I can tell this only has one single guided meditation. It’s very similar to dozens I have on apple fitness plus. No need to purchase this if you have Apple fitness or any other guided meditation app. It’s a simple body scan you can even find on YouTube for free.

I’ve been using hypnotherapy for over 20 yrs. I am a sucker for it and love the feeling. I must have listened to AJ’sDeep Sleep over 10K times and have had success with his Pubilc Speaking app too. Last night I woke up with gout in my ankle. So painful. Even for gout this was off the scale. Eventually, in desperation i downloaded AJ’s Pain mgt app. It worked quickly and I managed to sleep. My wife is not a fan so I use kokoon night buds and tempur-pedic eye mask.

I have been struggling with lower back pain for nearly a year. Although I’m hopeful that PT, injections, and patience will bring relief someday, there are times I just can’t sleep. Lack of sleep makes the pain worse and leads me to feeling depressed. Andrew Johnson’s app has been so helpful! I’ve yet to make it through the entire session because I fall asleep halfway through. Give it a try if you’re hurting. My heart goes out to anyone suffering through any type of pain. Sending you positive, healing thoughts. Gratitude to Andrew Johnson as well.
