2026-06-16	MR*****	Eight times out of 10 when I try to log into Bill Pay I get “unknown error” message. This is extremely frustrating! I have emailed for assistance a couple of times with no resolution.

2026-01-17	ju*****	If I could put 0 stars I would. If this app doesn’t have any haters I’m dead. This app has unlinked my external account. Linking it silently failed the first time. On the second time it gave me an error and literally told me to call “(xxx)-xxx-xxxx”. How does this make it to prod? Even Claude code would vibe code a better app.

2025-11-11	Vi*****	Update 11/11/2025 now Zelle is magically working, don’t know if there were issues at tfcu because of the massive updates: After about 6 months of not having Zelle working thru TFCU (from Apr 2025 til Oct 2025), now that I have downloaded the new TFCU app on my iphone, the ZELLE tab on the home page, when clicked, just displays a momentary spinning circle, then brings you back to the home page. Yes, I have the new app, yes, I have restarted my iphone, yes, i am running ios 26. VERY FRUSTRATED !!!!!!
