Apple interphase disconnect frequently

This incredibly inept app is always flashing error messages and giving me the hardest time when I try to charge my Audi. If it doesn’t need an update, it has to be deleted completely from my phone and re-downloaded. It’s an issue to charge my car at least 50% of the time.
