Recent reviews

Admittedly I’m an old school driver. Get to car, get in car, start car, drive. I have 2025 Q8 and sometimes when I want to check the status of the vehicle I get errors like “Could not update data set” or “Vehicle status could not be retrieved“ and the app doesn’t provide any troubleshooting messages or methods to resolve it or even a simple way to send the error to Audi. Audi should really provide a workflow in the app to resolve or at least report issues.

This is easily the worst app that ever existed! It doesn’t update correctly, is cumbersome to connect to the car and phone, is slow in acting on commands to lock or unlock the car, doesn’t provide accurate charging information. It’s really quite worthless and only infuriates. Audi makes good cars but woefully lack in technology.
