Be warned when signing up for this electrical provider. When I first signed up it was shown that I was suppose to pay for services from June 2025-June 2026. Somewhere in early May of 2026 they sent me only an email saying that my services will now be on a month-to-month plan. If you're going to switch plan you should at least let the customer know what is the best means of reaching them. During the month of May I was extremely busy setting up moves to a new apartment and I was constantly bombarded with emails from the new apartments and other services for it as well. So it was a very easy thing to miss. If they would've just called me as I preferred, I could've caught this. So, as a result, electricity was running throughout the entire month of July of this year and was slapped with a $220 bill. I called to negotiate and after that call they bumped my bill up to $330. I tried to call and negotiate again, and they told me there was nothing they can do. Spare yourselves the headache and find a more honest energy provider.
