I can’t pay my bill because I can’t select any other bank account than the one I used initially. I’m getting late fees as a result. There has to be a solution to make payments easier. There is no time to sit on the phone or fuss with an app. As much as your customer are charged, you can certainly afford an app developer that allows you to pilfer the money more efficiently and expediently. Sincerely - every busy customer
