SOUND NOT WORKING?

There’s a switch on the side of your device. If it is set to mute (red) then the sound from this app will NOT come through the speakers, however the sound will still work for headphones. Other troubleshooting tips for sound:

Sound stopped working second day

Been using this for years.. recommended by a former seal as another effective tool for breathing and meditation.. eternally grateful..

If you can’t get the sound to work, try toggling your phone off of silent mode. This app is not very user friendly and takes some time to figure out how to use but in my opinion it is worth the effort. I enjoy the auditory cues for your breath and helps me stay focused on my breathing vs counting the length. Wish it were a little more intuitive to use.
