How can I get my comics from this program to comic life 3 or another device?! In trays does not seem to work and I can not find any support for this feature.

Ordinarily, I’ve had nothing but praise for this program. I found it to be efficient and user-friendly for my needs. I used it for a period of five years on my old iPad. Recently I purchasedThe identical version for my iPad Pro. After working on it for three days I had three large projects that were ready to be uploaded to my website and print it out. When I open the program this morning I got a weird error message COMIC LIFE UNABLE TO OPEN THIS PROJECT FOR EDITING When I clicked on “OK”my entire screen when black. the program com-lately stopped responding. I’ve lost three volumes that were almost completed and ready to go all I had to do was upload them and now they’re gone! This is really unacceptable! Is there anything that can be done? I’m afraid to erase the program because I’m holding out hope that I can get my stuff back and I living in a dream?
