Parents can see notices, daily reports, and sometimes fill out drop-off notes and messages when the app functions properly.

Cons

Chronic instability requiring frequent uninstall/reinstall cycles (weekly/monthly) to refresh or see updates.
Notifications and updates often fail to appear or refresh, risking missed information or emergencies.
Media access is inconsistent: attachments sometimes incomplete (only first document visible), photos/videos slow to load, and downloading media is difficult.
Missing essential features (in-app messaging with teachers, ability to edit drop-off notes) and a non-ideal, non-chronological day view hinder usability.

Recent reviews

I have to delete and reinstall the app at least once per week due to not getting notifications. Due to this, I sometimes miss notifications throughout the day.
