The app often requires reinstalling, crashes or closes shortly after opening, and is hard to use for managing multiple children or schools. The core feature—parent–teacher messaging and daily updates—has potential, but persistent UX, performance, and content-loading issues make the app feel unreliable and frustrating.

The app is really slow and often buggy. Pictures or updates don’t get uploaded and pushed to users for hours or days. Any issue with support also takes a long time and it is not helpful. It’s a product that doesn’t optimize for what parents want
