User Reviews

Most reviews describe a severely unstable PC Richard & Son app with login and checkout failures, navigation problems, and frequent freezes or resets that hinder browsing and purchasing. While a few comments mention promotions or positive store experiences, the dominant feedback centers on reliability and usability issues that frustrate users.

Pros

Cons

Frequent crashes, unresponsiveness, and the app reloads/clears data, making browsing unreliable.
Login and authentication problems, including inability to access account pages and credit card login, sometimes worsened by updates (e.g., Face ID issues).
Checkout and payment failures, with Apple Pay and PayPal often not working, preventing purchases.
Navigation and browsing issues, such as black or blank pages when tapping account/shop, inability to return to search, and poor item loading.
General performance drawbacks like slow loading times, long waits to update product lists, and instability even on good network.

App does not work properly I tried buying a 500 dollar AC and it should have been free shipping but in the app I was being charged 45 dollars for shipping. And on the web it was free shipping👎
