User Reviews

Users praise P.C. Richard & Son's in-store service, particularly their helpful sales team. However, the Android app faces significant issues including frequent crashes, inability to open, poor performance, and lack of key features like bill payment. Navigation problems and login failures further hinder usability. Despite a reputable company, the app's constant glitches and outdated design frustrate many users, leading them to prefer using the website or other retailers' apps.

Pros

The company's sales team is helpful and professional.
The in-store shopping experience, including prices and delivery, is well-regarded.

Cons

The app frequently crashes or fails to open on multiple devices.
Users are unable to view or pay their bills through the app, despite having paperless billing.
The app is slow, glitches frequently, and has poor navigation especially when filtering products.
The app appears outdated and essentially acts as a browser for the website without proper functionality.
Recurring issues such as login failures and problems with Captcha verification prevent account creation or usage.
