I’m in apartment management managing over 750 apartments. When I found this app I loved the details you could enter and set up different properties with individual hvac units under the different properties as a separate address. But once I created 15 different equipment logs I was told I had to upgrade. I already had paid 9.99 to use all the features, yet no where did they say there was an equipment list limit. Now they want you to pay monthly based on the amount of logs, upwards and over $100.00 a month. Again the app is amazing and detailed but that’s absurd to charge even more money just to create more maintenance logs. Don’t waste your money.

1. Equipment and Building “Documents”. As seen in the screenshots for the app. There is an option for saving “photos” and “documents”. In the photos section there is a “camera shaped” button that makes this possible. In the documents section, there is nothing. No “+” button or anything! It’s very frustrating because the app shows a screenshot with “(1) Document” but there is actually no way to add them in. This would be SO useful if I could add manuals for equipment, or maps of some of the large buildings I service. Unfortunately there “add document” button does not exist… 2. If you make the mistake of trying to use the “sync” feature while not paying for the outrageous membership for syncing your data. It will now pop up every time you open the app even if you hit “don’t remind me”. Just annoying.
