2026-07-05	Th*****	I will be switching credit unions because of simply how horrible the online banking and mobile app are. I have had to reset my password over 10 times. I am screenshotting the new passwords and typing them in exactly and IT NEVER WORKS. NEVERRRR. I have never felt gaslit by an app before.

2026-04-02	Im*****	I’ve been banking with Numerica for years! Love the people and my experience with them however the app itself is horrible, it seems like every time I need the app it’s down either for maintenance or down due to errors or bugs. Numerica staff get a 10/10 this app gets a 2/10

2026-02-03	Ch*****	I can transfer between accounts and use Zelle for outside accounts. I love this credit union and this app. Only thing I don’t like is no drive thru banking. Sometimes I have dogs in the car and drive up atm isn’t sufficient.

2026-01-23	Ex*****	During my time as a student and traveling, this app has really helped me take care of business. I’ve been able to deposit checks by scanning them and make transfers freely. My new favorite feature is the Dreams section. It allows you to automate your savings by category. So if I set a goal (let’s say of $1000 by March 20) and it helps me save just enough weekly to achieve that specific goal. I have multiple Dreams at the moment. Thanks to this app, they’ll all come true. Thanks Numerica

The app accomplishes all of my business and personal banking needs. I like the flexibility of remote deposit, credit card, unlock & lock, tracking payments and checks has been helpful!
