I will be switching credit unions because of simply how horrible the online banking and mobile app are. I have had to reset my password over 10 times. I am screenshotting the new passwords and typing them in exactly and IT NEVER WORKS. NEVERRRR. I have never felt gaslit by an app before.

I’ve been banking with Numerica for years! Love the people and my experience with them however the app itself is horrible, it seems like every time I need the app it’s down either for maintenance or down due to errors or bugs. Numerica staff get a 10/10 this app gets a 2/10
