Can’t respond to comments and message back and forth

When I select my submitted requests to view the comments by the City, I get a ‘Request is Not Found’ error.

I use this app very frequently, to report potholes, trash dumping, trees needing trimming, etc etc and the issues ALWAYS get taken care of within a day or at most 2. Very happy with this app.
