If I could give them zero stars I would. Bought a card a year ago for $100 and just sort of forgot about it. Found it in a bag and went to activate it and everything activated normally. Ended up having to call because something was going on with the pin. When I asked for the balance, they said zero! I said how is this possible I’ve not spent a dollar on this. They told me that there is a six dollar per month charge for every month of inactivity! Then when I asked to speak with a supervisor, the guy on the phone said sure and then promptly hung up on me. Mind you this is after waiting to speak to him for over 15 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Can I get text messages when purchases are made . How do I do that . It used to be that way 15 years ago when I first had a card from you I wish I could figure that out
