I booked a hotel a few weeks ago. I received confirmation from HotelTonight that I had a room. A few hours later when I arrived at the hotel I booked- I was told that I did not have a room. The hotel was very unhelpful since I used a third party service, HotelTonight. I reached out to customer service for HotelTonight, who did not find a replacement room. I ended up calling another hotel myself and getting a room. An absolute waste of time and money.
