Reviews consistently complain that the GameStop iOS app is unusable due to update and OS compatibility blocks, login and password issues, and frequent ordering failures. Users report endless update loops, forced OS upgrades, and apps that won’t open. Login problems and password resets are common, and attempts to purchase or check rewards often fail. Performance is slow and buggy, and customer service for fulfillments or refunds is seen as unhelpful. Recent reviews

I bought a pro membership online. I received a confirmation email immediately, but the membership wasn’t activated on my account. Called support they say it can take 24hrs to activate. 24hrs later it still isn’t activated, support says “oh, it can actually take up to 48hrs”. Next 24hrs they attempt manual activation and say give it 24hrs. 72hrs later it’s still not active and support says it’s 1-3 business days! Ridiculous! Refund not an option on a digital purchase. I will never use GameStop digital products ever again.
