For the last couple of weeks the app has been telling me to update and when I go into the App Store to update, it just says open. There is no button to update and I’m unable to shop until I can update, until today, 05/23/26. When I went in to the app, there was a green strip saying to update, which I clicked, and it immediately took me into the app, where it proceeded to tell me to update with the same box from previous and I still can’t shop on the app. Help? I’ve been a customer for the store in Rockaway Beach for years now I can’t use the app and keep track of my savings and use my club card because I need a new phone that’s ridiculous. I’ve been using the same phone for years I’m not gonna get a new phone to continue shopping and get my stop in stop and shop savings fix the application so that all users can use it.
