Recent reviews

I can no longer get our newest card readers to work through the apps. Before most recent iOS update and pay anywhere update they worked. Now nothing will take a payment. The only reader we now have is the last one we used before the new white ones. Please resolve this issue.

I would not recommend this app it’s been a pain trying to contact the customer service and they have my money on hold. I called and was on the phone for over 2 hours with people who barely spoke English and sent an email and still haven’t been able to get the money I would suggest square or anything else. They say they’ll get back to you and email you just to get you off the phone then never do

I used this app/company since 2012. They were great until 2025. They started charging a ridiculous annual fee. I canceled my business with them and they still charged me the annual fee. They refuse to refund it. Worst customer service. Wish I could leave zero stars
