…and I haven’t finished the hotel check in yet. After 20 minutes I need a break. The UI is horrible, I’m asked the same questions repeatedly. Disney doesn’t seem to understand that my children don’t have email addresses or cell phone numbers. There seems to be a natural assumption that I know all the alternative-Disney names for things. Lots of popular interrupting the registration process. I hate this.

It’s priced like Disney. It’s not run to the same level of quality. . Concessions close on their own schedule. Staff does not maintain order. Smoking is rampant across the park. People sit and block stairs. No involvement from staff. Air conditioning is insufficient. Resorts operations are not high quality or service. Lost of out of order signs and signs telling you can’t enter wear the don’t want you too. More about the staff then the customers
