Pros

App is frequently unreliable: many reviews report server errors, crashes, and the app going down, making it hard to complete reservations.
Excessive, multi-step workflow: for monthly renters in particular, the process requires many clicks and is not streamlined, worse than prior texting-system methods.
Old/ghost requests clutter the app: cannot delete or clear old vehicle requests, and persistent red notification badges appear without clear messages.
Pricing and charges are inconsistent: prepaid reservations sometimes do not match what is charged at the garage, with extra fees (e.g., oversized vehicle charges, convenience fees) causing surprise costs.
Barcode/scan issues: barcodes are often too large to scan properly at the garage, hindering the check-in/out process.

I can’t request my car, setup payment, or really do anything. Also the number in the app does not work. 0/10 experience.

ICON recently updated the app and presto didn’t transfer my recurring payments which were working up to June 26. So I get a notice of delinquent payment… took me an hour to reregister and reset up recurring payments. Had happened to a neighbor also.
