Pros

Centralized, all-in-one access to health information (appointments, test results, reports, and imaging).

Cons

Sign-in and authentication issues (login sometimes doesn’t work, sporadic alternate sign-in, email verification problems).

Insurance integration limits (insurer selections are limited or provider appears not to take the insurance).

Recent reviews

After signing in, you have to retrieve a verification code. But finding my way back to the screen where the code must be entered is more often than not an exercise in futility, and I end up just giving up in frustration!
