SiDiary Chrome extension helps you manage diabetes data directly in your browser. Log glucose, blood pressure, carbs, and other data with easy keypad entry and a clear daily view. It supports a wide range of meters, multiple units, language options, and flexible date/time formats, with the option to hide unused data rows. Standalone use is possible, or you can sync with SiDiary Online to merge desktop and iPhone data into one logbook.

With SiDiary Online, data can be synchronized across devices and merged after syncing, while you maintain control over online costs. The extension supports custom data types, 24h or 12h time formats, and date formats like dd.mm or mm-dd.

If there's a bright side to having diabetes, SI Diary would have to be it. To have all of my daily readings (BG, BP, weight, Insulin, nutrition, etc...) in one place is great! Add the online service, desktop app and integration with HealthVault makes SI Diary a complete diabetes management system. My only complaint is that I'd like to also have a native iPad version.

This application provides access to your diabetes related stats from SIDiary online which is a very cost effective cloud service. I like the service and applications because they are meter vendor agnostic and provide helpful analysis and trending of data including glucometer reads, labs, activity, and weight. They also have support for insulin related data; however, it does not apply in my case.
