The app is designed nice and is intuitive enough. However, it's slow (compared with competitors like Chase) and half of the time features don't work. Today Mobile Deposit isn't working (the page simply won't open), and there is no way to get instant support. Chat won't let you wait in like for an available agent, you're just informed that all representatives are busy. Also they encourage you to call directly from the app, but the phone button in the directory for general questions features not one, but two phones, separated by comma. When you click on it to make a call it obviously doesn't work since you can't be calling 2 numbers same time. A lot of little bugs like that make me not like the app.

Excellent response to selections, reliable transfers and bill payments. I experienced no glitch with ATM transactions in Europe. I recommend adding sorting and filtering transactions.
