TIM Modem

Three months ago, the modem stopped working. We were not in the house when that happened, and I asked the person who helps us, to get in touch with TIM. It’s been three months now, and not one person has ever been able to speak with a TIM agent in real time. When we attempt to call 187, sometimes we are on hold for one hour, and either no one answers or when somebody answers and we try to speak, they hang up. As a result, I already contracted and installed a different service with a different provider. I have attempted twice to contact TIM to ask to cancel my service and, again, cannot speak to anyone. I am contacting the credit card company and suspending the payment, as a result. Maybe at that time somebody from TIM will try to call and speak to me, and find out what happened. Very very poor service, terrible assistance.

In the app store it says the app is available in english or italian, however there is no clear way to switch languages. How is this done?
