In the last year, Eventbrite has been charging double payments to my customers, resulting in thousands of dollars of refunds. The ticketing module works occasionally, resulting in events that are only halfway full. Eventbrite has just sold to a new company, and I can tell you do not take a chance. Find a different ticketing agency if you are a professional and rely on events for income. Truly, the worst of the worst.
