Upgrade to a SharePlus Enterprise subscription to use workspace templates and a single administration tool to centrally manage SharePlus for your organization. SharePlus Enterprise enables you to quickly configure, manage, customize and deploy your mobile collaboration solution. SharePlus Enterprise integrates with leading mobile device management (MDM) solutions. Core security features provide secure access to mobile SharePoint sites with encryption, permissions, application-level policies, secure data wipe and shared device support. The solution also includes a powerful tool that enables teams to build and share data visualizations that can monitor and analyze data from multiple sources in real time.

The SharePlus subscription is optional, and the subscription features are available via an auto-renewing subscription at $17.99/year for SharePlus Pro and $59.99/year for SharePlus Enterprise. Subscription payments will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Manage your subscription in your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled for the current active period.

Users praise strong SharePoint access, multi-source data integration, and enterprise dashboards, plus easy mobile use. However, recurring issues limit satisfaction: subscription-based pricing, slow support, login/connectivity problems, inability to access core libraries and offline features, and a non-intuitive UI. When it works, the app can be highly productive, but reliability and cost barriers prevent it from being consistently excellent.

Pros

Easy Office 365 setup with support for saving favorites and rapid access to libraries.
Generally strong performance and reliability for viewing/updating SharePoint data when it works.
Mobile-friendly interface with the ability to customize the home screen.

Cons

Pricing model requires a subscription after a limited free/lite option (e.g., 10 items), leading to cost concerns and perceived bait-and-switch.
Poor/slow customer support with repetitive questions and unresolved issues.
Frequent login/authentication/Office 365/SharePoint connection problems preventing access.
Cannot access core libraries (main documents library) and offline features (offline sorting) and some advertised features don’t work reliably (e.g., dashboards).
Non-intuitive UI and a steep learning curve; setup can be confusing and not user-friendly.

Does it bring all your data into one cosmos? Probably. Does it edit all slick and colorful like the execs love? No doubt it does whatever it says it will do. I downloaded and quickly read the agreements. There is NO way on Gods green earth I could push company data I DONT own into this app with an agreement that signs away NIST defined CUI, trade secrets, financial analysis, company contact info, as well the first born of every board members grandchild. What concerns me more than SharePlus’ lack of judgment with this agreement, if self described IT professionals have put their company data here where SharePlus states they will use it anyway they want, and if it isnt your data to share, too bad so sad - they dont care. Shareplus, please tell me I have this wrong, that I have misunderstood the agreements..
