I use smugmug to back up my iPhone photos. I pay a premium for this feature. It doesn’t work. It always gets stuck leaving hundreds of photos not backed up. It’s terrible. Problem is I’m stuck after using it for years and it would be a pain to migrate everything. Update 6/16/26: of course I already emailed SmugMug about this. Two days later they responded, “There is a bug within the app right now that our team is working on. When a fix is sent into the app store you will receive a notification from us to let you know to update.” Today, 4 days later, there is still no fix or notification. It must be a huge bug or a low priority for them. Wouldn’t recommend this app to iPhone users. It also doesn’t save Live Photos as live—converts them to stills. OneDrive may be better.
