(Update with developer reply: I have already complained multiple times, phone, email, etc, to the bank on this issue and the excuses weren’t even adequate. Once again being asked to contact the bank so they pretend to have customer service is honestly insulting. Just reply to existing complaints instead of pretending online you care to visible complaints) The latest changes have resulted in an archaic subpar app where you cant talk with your bank. Want to pay a credit card (tap)? You cant as it will say it doesn’t exist. Contact the customer service is only possible in app, you can’t use email but they can. Want to pay a card you have to send a transfer to an account they give you even though there is a button for it in app nut that doesn’t work. Deteriorating as time goes by with worse and worse customer service.
