Recent reviews

I am a faithful notability user since 2018. I have more than 4,000 documents in Notability, all related to my dissertation and researches. In the last two years, Notability has started working erratically: 1) It freezes often (yes, the app is updated, and my device can handle it) 2) it doesn’t sync properly across my devices (everything is set up as it should be) 3) every time the app upgrades, Notability comes out empty and needs to re-download everything from the Cloud (several hours) 4) I tried their pro version and it does not add a thing to my work, so I downgraded to my usual subscription. 5) I tried to contact them several months ago and nobody replied. I stopped telling people to use this app—it is so frustrating and sad because I would live it again if it worked right.

this app is genuinely awesome. one thing I would suggest is making the Apple Pencil pallet available, as well as the scribble feature. i believe it would be very helpful to accommodate for those two. everything else about this app is great!
