Since you're already on the latest version and the convert window is fully stuck, the documented workarounds are the main way to recover without restarting the app: Open and close the Options menu Exit the note, return to the Library, then reopen the note Zoom in and out on the page These steps can unfreeze the interface when the text box becomes unresponsive. [1] You can also enable Safe Mode in Device Settings > Apps > Notability. This temporarily disables handwriting recognition and related features, which can help stabilize the app during performance issues like freezes. [2] If the convert window remains unusable even after these steps, closing and reopening the app is currently the only way to exit that state. You can also let me know at any time if you'd like to be routed to a human agent for further assistance. No offense but this was far from helpful…and makes me think the bug may be ai related as well

This app was functioning good at the start but ever since it sync, it didn't synced completely, made me loose my notes IN FINALS WEEK for college, never received help after reaching several times, and til this day it has been so slow to edit on (it has been more than a week). Made the decision to switch to another app
