Pros

Even after clicking the box before the purchase and talking on the phone twice with reps that assured me I’d get my money back after a certain date… It never happened, but they still want to charge me 3% to use a protective credit card over them having access to my bank account. How can I trust them now??? So frustrating! SHAME!!!

I’ve been trying for 2 months to get a new card. Now it’s expired. I just keep getting a “something went wrong” message when I try to order a new one. If you’re expecting to use this app or card for the long haul, that’s not going to happen. Once your card expires, you’re fkd. The whole thing becomes useless. And don’t bother contact them because you won’t get help. You’ll either go in circles with their AI chat or you’ll send a message to a “human” who never responds.
