I have the worst time trying to authenticate through this app. I have to close and reopen 4 times just to login. This is not user friendly for me, personally.

Currently, the mobile app does not allow users to send or reply to text messages when the sender is not a standard 10-digit phone number, and this is causing serious problems. For example, I use Capital One Bank. Whenever I try to add a recipient to send a payment, Capital One sends a verification text asking me to reply “YES” or “NO.” However, your app does not allow responses to short-code or non-standard numbers, making it impossible to complete the verification process. I have run into this issue with multiple accounts and services that rely on SMS confirmations. Many banks, businesses, and service providers use short-code numbers for security and verification purposes, and the inability to respond makes the messaging feature unreliable for business and personal use. This is a critical functionality that should work without limitations. The experience has been very frustrating, and I am seriously considering porting my number back to another carrier because of this issue. Please address this as soon as possible.
