Recent reviews

This app is easy to use and holds me accountable. It has a lt of foods listed and you can enter what isn’t and save it for future use. I particularly like the recently eaten tab because I tend to eat a lot of the same things. Overall the free app is great. I wish the water tracker was part of it because that’s one of my biggest struggles.

Love just logging on my foods and able to add foods too! It’s great, I also recommend to my patients for a free way to log and check the calories/protein consumption
