I’ve had the application for several years and has worked well. As of lately, it’s almost impossible to use on my IPhone 17Pro. I have the language set to English. I’ve had this setup since I started using it. Now for last two months, the entire application freezes on any type of query. If i however change the language to French, then the application works perfectly. So, all of a sudden.. in English, frozen. I’ve tried deleting, reinstalling but nothing works.

Most frustrating app EVER!! Nothing works on this app!!!!! How am I supposed to retrieve the train tickets I bougt!! Not even the help section works!!!
