When logging in online, you’re told to use the app to authenticate your identity. Your phone then will use your camera detect your identity. I have all the permissions set for the app to use my camera, but it will never turn on my camera. I cannot login on the website. I’ve always despised NatWest’s portal. This just makes it worse.

The option to deposit a Cheque has vanished. I almost never need to do this but I do now and cannot do so. I’ve updated the app to the latest version and still nothing. Cora is as useless as ever and according to the NatWest website this might be because I need to update iOS but it can’t tell me what the oldest iOS the app is compatible with is. They closed the local branch so now I have to go and waste an hour standing in line at the post office. The app for my US account with Chase bank works perfectly. Maybe I just need to ditch NatWest and take my business elsewhere.
