The Ads about Royal Kingdom Games and the Constipation remedies are disgusting!

1. The interface is smooth, clean and uncrowded. No insane, weird sidebars, just beautiful, elegant black and white lettering like the NYTimes App ( Easy beauty to replicate and so far only CBS News learned the open secret of the NYTimes and WSJ… people want to feel like they are holding and reading a fancy newspaper without all the annoying folding of paper! Ease of scrolling + beauty of layout is the key! ) 2. Your font is well chosen! Again, most importantly, your font makes or breaks you when it comes to keeping people reading on your app. Please make sure to keep your headlines bold and authoritative in their font and your text clean, newspaper-y and with gravity. You are very, very close with your current font, but I want to see CBS News have the gusto to go all the way and have a NYTimes and WSJ Style. 3. You are pivoting to the era of podcasts nicely. Not quick enough though, but nicely. This may be at the behest of new management or simply a slow burning process but CBS NEWS is rightly realizing that the app + podcasts combo is the news consumption way of the future. You are still all in on video for now, given the giant streaming blob that hits me in the face when I open it. But getting you to a full article first, BBC App Style would be bold and right. I understand many like streaming at this current point, but to get to that final app stage where its podcasts and articles in a beautiful, newspaper layout with crisp black and white elements would be perfect. Right now the CBS NEWS APP and whoever is working on it understands simplicity, authority and beauty are the three key elements to a great news experience. Thank you whoever you are, you’re avoiding the screw ups of ABC, NBC, Fox News and CNN, those bloated, plastic monstrosities of apps that make me want to vomit. Now call up AG Sulzberger and buy his dang font from the Times! LOL
