Payment transparency and accuracy are failing: unclear due dates and payment breakdowns, plus duplicate/wrong charges and high processing fees.
Login and authentication are unreliable: repeated sign-in loops, 'network error', and being logged out frequently.
App performance is slow and buggy: lag, crashes, and loading delays during rent payments.
Fees and charges are excessive and inconsistent: recurring processing fees and occasional spike charges.
Rewards and customer support are broken: buggy rewards, not delivered as promised, and little to no effective support.

Recent reviews

I want to preface this by saying I work in IT and am very tech literate, so I’m familiar with troubleshooting and work arounds in apps to provide insight from a technical standpoint. Here are some things I’ve noticed that could improve the user experience: - “remember me” box never applies when checked on login screen, information must be entered manually every time. - sign in with passkey never works. Just has you go through text code MFA twice. - autofill for the code that gets sent via sms produces an error that the account can’t load at this time. You have to manually type it out which isn’t a big deal, but still figured it was worth mentioning as making this adjustment would improve the experience. - user interface is inconsistent, sometimes a page loads too far down, other times too far up. - there are times where the app refuses to load no matter how many times I close out of the app fully to end the session and it is required to wait and try again later. - (not a bug, but something to keep in mind as a user) if you don’t set up your payment type as ACH there’s a processing fee to use your card info.
