Recent reviews

To say that the changes to our property, the enclave at Hardin valley, are inconvenient would be a significant understatement. We originally were using rent café for rent payments and switched to LOFT Living several months ago. After the switch occurred, LOFT Living changed it so that our property cannot receive partial payments virtually. We may only submit a full payment virtually, or a partial payment by check directly to the leasing office. Rent cafe also offered credit contributions, so where my rent was once beneficial and easy to pay, I am now faded with the inconvenience of waiting for my apartment submit his check (he has offloaded the app entirely because the only use it has to him is maintenance tickets), or take my check and wait for it to be processed for an unknown number of days, it is inconsistently between 2-5 business days. Please turn on partial payments for the Enclave at Hardin Valley!

Im constantly being logged out then hit with the “unable to complete request. Please try again”. If you have the choice to not use this app don’t use it. I’m not trying to play a game I need to pay rent and complete other important documents through this app it should be reliable and not incredibly finicky.
