CityMaps2Go Pro offers great value when it works, with worldwide maps, offline planning, pin saving, and cloud sync. However, frequent maintenance problems undermine reliability: offline maps often fail, data such as pins or Pro access can vanish after updates, and support is hard to reach. Inaccurate map data and misplaced search results add to the frustration. Overall, its core features are compelling for travel, but persistent offline issues and lack of updates severely impact trust and usability.

App appears abandoned and is not updated for years.

Recent reviews

I've used it in both Prague and Paris now and I have to say that I can now do away with my printed maps. I just engage the app and it shows me just where I am and what direction I'm facing. Very useful indeed
