I wish the host and product presenter would have addressed the shipping and if u offer , for a fee, special shipping where they uncrate and set chair up. The people who need this expensive item are older people who cannot handle something that large. I would have ordered 2 if u had of addressed installation That is the reason for 3 stars 🥲

I love the HSN app. I can read about the product as long as I’d like. I can look at all the colors up close and decide which one I want. I place all my orders on the app.

I purchased a necklace from Chaco Canyon and was anticipating enjoying it when it came. However, the necklace didn’t arrive instead a pendant was sent that I didn’t order and the invoice listed the necklace on it. Apparently either HSN or Chaco Canyon decided to substitute the pendant without consulting me. I’m not happy with that decision and would like an apology and explanation for the decision that was made. I’ve already returned the item to HSN.
