2026-08-07	Ma*****	App lacks ability to hide listings, message potential landlords in-app, or manage saved searches in-app. Furthermore, there is no quick and easy way to view only new listings that match my criteria. Competitors have much better apps.

2026-08-05	Ke*****	The apartment manager, Mathew is very welcoming and nice. The apartments are in great shape and are well up kept. I feel safe with the controlled access gates and can take pride in where o stay because it is clean.

2026-08-02	_M*****	I have no major issues with the app. Other than one, can there be a sorting option to exclude apartments that are for senior citizens only from the search results? I can’t count the amount of times I’ve tapped on something in my budget and come to be disappointed scrolling through the info that it’s a 55+ community only! I’m 27 I don’t want that showing up when I clearly can’t be there. And I’ve seen a few state that they are 55+ in the listings title. The rest don’t include that information until you view the listing.
