Weak or inconsistent filtering and search results; filters don't apply reliably (e.g., 2BR shows 1BR; breed restrictions aren't filterable).
Back button/navigation usability issues; back button too small and sometimes takes you to photos or navigates away from the list.
App performance problems: crashes often and long loading times.
Saving searches isn’t reliable; saved searches don’t persist (move-in date) and result counts can be inconsistent.
Pricing and cost information is confusing or unreliable (total cost vs per-person, and the price calculator doesn’t work).

The app finds you places way out the area you’re looking, it don’t have listings for garages, new property, or gated access, and don’t tell you when apartments was built but the website does. The app is trash!

90% of these listings are fake in NYC. This app is ONLY worth using if you use StreetEasy to check if the listing is real, and that is NOT an exagerration.
