Weak or inconsistent filtering and search results; filters don't apply reliably (e.g., 2BR shows 1BR; breed restrictions aren't filterable).
Back button/navigation usability issues; back button too small and sometimes takes you to photos or navigates away from the list.
App performance problems: crashes often and long loading times.
Saving searches isn’t reliable; saved searches don’t persist (move-in date) and result counts can be inconsistent.
Pricing and cost information is confusing or unreliable (total cost vs per-person, and the price calculator doesn’t work).

The app used to be a lot smoother, cleaner, and easier to use. What ever update y’all did has made it clunky and laggy. Informative app but with the changes I have to strike it as negative.

It was working for a few days but now everytime I try opening the app it's a black screen. When I somehow get past that, the app simply does not work. All my favorites gone. Unable to search for apartments. A bit pathetic when the app that was built to find apartments cant do that simple task and utterly fails to function. Stick to Zillow.
