Clunky UX with multi-step flows makes core tasks like booking and checking in feel unnecessarily complex.
Favorites feature is repeatedly broken or unusable (removing favorites on tap, not opening, not saving, and issues after updates).
Calendar and scheduling are unreliable: calendar sync with phone fails, in-club vs online booking is confusing, one-day view is limiting, and waitlist notifications are inconsistent.
Platform reliability issues across devices: Apple TV sign-in errors, app hangs after updates, and general cross-device bugs.
Ad-heavy UI and excessive data usage: frequent pop-ups or ads disrupt flow and the app consumes a lot of data in the background.

Recent reviews

This review is for the app as far as training sessions are concerned. Poor design and does not show training purchases and balances accurately- this seems deliberate on behalf of equinox to keep the customer confused and keep purchasing more...shady! If the training is good and worth the price -then the customer will pay, no need to scam us! Esp when we are loyal & long time members of the club.
