My app can no longer control the resistance level on my bike. The worked before the latest version. Every time I increase the resistance, it goes back down to 1.

I was gifted an Echelon rower and signed up for the free trial. After one successful session, I received persistent "Session Fetch Error" messages that locked me out of the app. I couldn't log back in to use the rower or cancel my subscription. When my subscription auto-renewed for $39.99, l submitted a support ticket the same day requesting both a cancellation and a refund. After several emails back and forth, Echelon finally agreed to cancel my subscription but refused the refund, claiming their 48 hour policy window had closed, despite me submitting the ticket on the same day my subscription renewed. I recommend staying away from this company. To use their app at all, you must sign up for a membership or trial that requires payment information. You can’t even create a login without committing to a subscription. Even their free version doesn’t save your workout data over time. There are much better options available that don’t require spending $400/year to save your workout data to the app, especially when the app doesn’t work.
