Cons

Box-set and edition metadata editing is not intuitive and often incomplete (missing HDR types and edition dates; requires manual edits).

Very easy to use and they are very on top of everything as soon as you join. Note that the free version is for a small amount but it is far worth it to pay for the full version. And having it go across all my devices is great.
