Recent reviews

Used Epocrates for years and always thought it was a great resource. Perfect while I was in pharmacy school and now as a pharmacist. I am extremely disappointed, but frankly not surprised, they now have it behind a paywall. I only looked up a few medications (maybe like 4) and get the pop up that I “reached my free amount of look ups for the week.” For the week? It’s literally the first day of the week. If they insist on making us pay for it, then lower the price! Very expensive for a database where all I do is look up medications and indications. I don’t need all the other fancy clinical features. Just the basic drug search, and pill ID. Very sad and disheartening, Epocrates. Hope you change your mind and open it up again. But I’m not holding my breath.

This has been a trusted resource for years, including dosing and interaction checking. The decision to hide it behind a paywall was unfortunate. Will use a different resource going forward.
