Care4AD Mobile

This app is designated for the Care4AD clinical trial with Baylor College of Medicine.

Care4AD is a care coordination and management platform designed to support the needs of older adults living independently through an engaging tablet companion. The platform enables aging in place and activities of daily living management for older adults, including individuals with dementia.

The Care4AD Mobile App can be downloaded by multiple care partners to seamlessly connect with a Care4AD Companion Tablet user. All care partners can conveniently communicate within the app about care, monitor medications and appointments, and connect with the person being cared for.
