This is a well-designed macro tracker, and I’ve enjoyed using it. A few improvements would make it even better. I’d like the option to hide or remove the exercise-tracking sections when I don’t use them, automatic switching between light and dark mode, and the ability to change the app language in settings without losing data.
The feedback and bug-reporting buttons also seem not to work, or at least they don’t show a confirmation after submission. It would also help to track cholesterol and sodium across multiple days, or at minimum let users review sodium intake from previous days. Finally, I’d appreciate a lifetime premium purchase option.

Update June 1 2026. The app now won’t search any of the database for foods. It literally says no results. I have reached out to the developer several times with no response. I really liked the app but I might have to go to something else’s that’s being supported or updated from time to time.
I really like the app. Frankly it’s one of the best free options on the App Store. I really wish the developer would update a couple of things: 1. The calorie counter is way off, even from its own calculation. For example if you manually enter your steps the calories out are way higher than the app automatically tracks. My wish list here is that it would just import ALL of the data from my Apple Watch. Workouts, steps etc. 2. I can only search the foods when not connected to WiFi. It doesn’t make any sense and the developer hasn’t responded to any bug reports.
Overall I still will use the app. But I really wish it would get a few much needed updates. And I haven’t used any of the ai features and I likely won’t so I can’t speak to that.
